Hello all..
Well, its been a crazy first few weeks since we have launched JoomlaJunkie.com and we are happy to say, its going better than we could have ever imagined! Emails have been pouring in with loads of compliments / feedback and has really been great motivation for all of us! Here are a couple of highlights of whats been going on..

JoomlaJunkie Wins The Crown!!
YAY!! Its always a great ego boost when your work gets recognised and we have just been notified that JoomlaJunkie won The Crown for the month of August. Many thanks to all those who voted - we couldnt have done it without you. Also, a big thank you has to go out to the guys at JoomlaBeauty for their continued great work at showcasing all the best Joomla sites out there - Keep up the great work guys!!!

JJ Nitro Goes Live!
The much anticipated JJ Nitro went live last night and 30 lucky newsletter subscribers we able to grab a free copy (all 3 were gone in less than 15 minutes, so congrats to those that were quick on the draw!). Introducing our Scaling Pricing Model:
We have decided to be a bit different with how we price our templates and have come up with a scaling pricing system, where the first week of launch the template will be priced at a low price, then increment bit by bit over several weeks to get to its normal selling price. It kind of goes without saying, but being registered on our newsletters allows you to be one of the first to find out about these great prices and are sent out before reaching the various Joomla News sites. Time to Grow (already!)
Its been a bit of a culture shock, getting used to our newly found stardom - but we are coping well and must apolagise to all those that we had to turn down working with. At the moment we just have too much on our plates and it wouldnt be fair to the people we have already accepted work from, to take on more and end up having to do a half-baked job. This all being said, we like being a small focussed company, but it seems the time has come to expand our team.

We are looking for talented individuals that are interested in becoming a part of the JoomlaJunkie team to help with the design and development of templates and of course custom work as it comes in. No distractions Please!
We have decided not to take on any custom work, until November. The reason for this, is we have about about 15 yummy designs that need finishing and we would like to put all our focus into that, as well as spreading the word and adding some neat new features to the site. We are still happy to hear from you if you have a project that you think we just have to look at, but we are going to be very very selective in this case.
