www.joomlapraise.com (http://www.joomlapraise.com/undefined/) The previous 0.67 release is now defunct and support of the 2.0 release will move to the JoomlaPraise Forums (www.joomlapraise.com/forums (http://www.joomlapraise.com/forums)).
Why the jump from 0.67 to 2.0? The previous 0.67 version was
working towards a stable 1.0 release. The new version is a major
release that shares absolutely no code. You might also notice we've
rebranded. The original Project Fork logo was and is a great logo, but
didn't match the brand of the JoomlaPraise extensions. We also wanted
to make a clear division with the previous release and support. Many
thanks to Fabrice Michaut, the original logo designer.

The most popular open-source component on the Joomla! Directory has just released CB 1.2 RC to its documentation supporters. CB 1.2RC is the first CB release that is Joomla 1.5 native compatible (no legacy plugin needed) while maintaining Joomla 1.0.X compatibility.
In addition to this native compatibility, CB 1.2RC (which is also running live on Joomlapolis.com) has many new features and enhancements. A configurable multi-criteria front-end search functionality is embedded and all core fields are now handled as CB managed fields. Avatars may now be specified or uploaded during the registration processes. Dynamic user lists are now fully operational (i.e., ability to dynamically adjust a user list based on member viewing - e.g., a user list of members that have the same gender as I do and live in the same city as I do). Date fieldtype has been enhanced to handle age displays and searching. New graphics and icons. Ajaxx username and email checkers have been added. There are many more features and posibilities for this open source suite.
While CB 1.2 RC is released as a special thank-you advance release to CB documentation supporters, CB 1.2 stable will be released (as all CB stable releases have) in a free open-source manner. Please visit Joomlapolis.com for additional information.
