picLens in Joomla

Hi
I am new to Joomla and picLens. I installed PicLens and added the files and created thumbnails with PicLens publisher. Installed plugins for Firefox and Internet explorer. Can't get PicLens to work.
superbase.ca/images/phocagallery/la2008
in this directory i have pl_images and pl_thumbs and gallery.html and photos.rss . When I click on gallery.html, piclens loads but no pics I get the blank boxes, but they do have the file names.
I don't know what else to provide you at this time, please help.

People want to use the product, but it seems that there is little to no support for joomla
